General
This agreement is governed by the laws of England. By accepting our Terms & Conditions, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. As a condition of use of this website, you warrant to us that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited.

Terms of Bookings

1. Acceptance of bookings is subject to the terms agreed with the Bagman at the time of confirmation.
2. Payment is normally due to the Treasurer on the day of the performance. In some circumstances 30 days setllement is allowed by agreement with the Bagman or Treasurer.
3. Clients wishing to recive an invoice should make this known to the Bagman and or Treasurer.

Insurance
The Icknield Way Morris Men have Third Party Public Liability Insurance cover provided through membership of the Morris Ring. Individuals within the team also have Public Liability insurance through the EFDSS for certain events.

Child Protection Policy
The Icknield Way Morris Men have a strict policy on Child Protection.

Data Protection
The Icknield Way Morris Men make every effort to adhere to the terms of the Data Protection Act.

Downloads & Viruses
In certain parts of our website we provide facilities to download files. It is your responsibility to check and satisfy yourself that any files transferred from our website is free from viruses and compatible with your computer.
